Southmead Community Sport Club

After years of work by local people, the new Pen Park Sport Club is open.

Sam Townend said: "Local Labour Councillors Jenny Smith, Peter Hammond and I went to the opening. I was so impressed. The football and cricket pitches and the tennis courts are first class, and there is even a bar for that after match drink.

"I think everyone who has worked so hard deserves a big thank you from the people of Southmead. If you haven’t seen it yet, why not go down and have a look."
